Postnatal Planning Sessions
£60 per 90 minute session
You’re planning for your birth - but what about after?
The postnatal period (also known as the fourth trimester) is a time of enormous transition. Your body is healing, your baby is adapting to life outside the womb, and everything around you may feel tender, raw, and new. While much attention goes into preparing for labour, many families find themselves underprepared for what comes next.
That’s where postnatal planning comes in.
What is a Postnatal Planning Session?
This is a relaxed and supportive 1:1 session where we’ll talk through what life might really look like after your baby arrives - physically, emotionally, and practically. You’ll walk away feeling informed, empowered, and with a realistic plan for support in those early weeks.
Together, we’ll explore:
What your body needs to heal well
Feeding and newborn care options
Who’s in your support circle - and how they can help
Setting boundaries with visitors
Emotional wellbeing and what to look out for
Food, rest, and the little things that make a big difference
Your unique hopes and values for your fourth trimester
You'll receive a printable, personalised Postnatal Planning Worksheet to help you reflect, gather support, and prepare with confidence.

Whether this is your first baby or you’re adding to your family, this session is designed for anyone who wants to enter the postnatal period feeling more supported, less overwhelmed, and truly heard.
